Renewals Account Manager Role
At Ice Recruitment Limited, we are seeking a skilled Renewals Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT services and solutions, as well as experience in managing support and maintenance renewals throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of support & maintenance renewals throughout the sales process, focusing on one of the following outcomes: renewal, consolidation of contracts for bundled co-termination, upselling to a Support Plus contract, adding Disk Retention to all renewal quotes, ownership of the renewals contract base, and engagement with vendors and internal teams to obtain pricing support for the renewal quotes.
- Accuracy in all renewal records within the CRM system.
- Raising quotes, creating contracts, and booking orders for renewal opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Understanding of products and services.
- Good knowledge of internal CRM systems.
- Understanding of the sales process, forecasting, and closing business.
