About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Needs Coordinator to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a Learning Needs Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with additional learning needs to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide structured support to learners with SEND
  • Aid access to learning experiences and provide modified materials
  • Advise and support tutors with learner adjustments
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of Learning Support Plans and contact logs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). You will also require experience working with Post 16 Learners, particularly those with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP). In addition, you will need to possess GCSE, 'O' Level or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English, as well as NVQ3 or equivalent as recognised by the National Occupational Standards for Supporting Teaching and Learning.
