Learning Support Assistant

Lees Brook Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant - Academics to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring students receive the best possible education and support.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality educational support, with a focus on developing student independence and confidence. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify and address individual student needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience as a Learning Support Assistant - Academics, working in a dynamic and supportive environment. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:- Provide academic support to students with diverse needs
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Please note that the post holder may be required to work at various sites within Archway Learning Trust.
