Principal Practitioner Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Practitioner Psychologist to join our High Intensity User Service (HIUS) team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical leadership and work closely with colleagues in Home Treatment, Liaison Mental Health, Inpatient Mental Health Wards, and Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to the HIUS team and contribute to the development of the service.
- Work intensively with high intensity users of services and their networks to better understand their needs and collaborate widely to find improved ways of meeting those needs.
- Offer consultation, supervision, and training to colleagues and contribute to the development of new initiatives to improve service user experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the trust to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to mental health care.
