NHS Practitioner Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our High Intensity User Service (HIUS) team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to support the delivery of high-quality mental health services to individuals with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to the HIUS team, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective interventions and strategies to support service users.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to address the complex needs of service users.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Develop and deliver training and education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist with a strong background in clinical psychology and a passion for delivering high-quality mental health services. The ideal candidate will have:
Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology as approved by the HCPC.Professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).Post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialized areas of psychological practice.-
