Job Description
In this non-teaching role, you will play a vital part in supporting the educational needs of our pupils, particularly those with special educational needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assess individual needs and develop effective strategies to support students with EHCPs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of assessments and be able to meet the diverse needs of children with EHCPs. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
