GSL Education - Leicester is seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children who require additional support due to their learning needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with challenging behaviour, mental health, SLD, PMLD, and Autism. They will be responsible for providing behaviour support, implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviour, and ensuring the child's personal care needs are met.

  • You will need to have a valid Enhanced DBS check and be able to provide two professional references.
  • A Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent is also required.
