We are seeking an experienced and passionate Special Education Needs (SEN) teacher to join our dedicated team at a vibrant and supportive SEND school in Coventry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative SEN teacher looking for a new challenge. The school caters to students with Autism and complex needs, providing a unique and rewarding environment for the right candidate.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and supporting students with special educational needs, using a range of strategies to maintain good behaviour management.

To develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, working closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • To teach and support students with special educational needs, maintaining good behaviour management.
  • To develop and implement lesson plans tailored to student diversity, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • To collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • QTS, PGCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a UK school.
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain).
Benefits and Details
  • A competitive daily rate of £120 per day.
  • Full-time position available, 8:15 am - 4 pm hours.
  • Location: Coventry.
