We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4)
- Collaborate with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and classroom teachers to ensure students' progress
- Work closely with parents to provide targeted support and ensure student success
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Graduate with a background in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for supporting students with SEN and making a positive impact on their education
