We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant PMLD who can join their team of exited and committed staff.
Responsibilities
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant PMLD for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.

There will be an expectation for the successful SEN Teaching Assistant PMLD to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.

This school requires a SEN Teaching Assistant PMLD who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.

Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.

To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
