Support Worker for SEN Students

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a special educational needs (SEN) school in North London. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with students aged 4-19 who have complex needs, including severe learning disabilities (SLD) and profound learning disabilities (PMLD), as well as autism (ASD).
Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers with alternative teaching methods, such as Lego therapy and intensive interaction sessions
* Be aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students
* Provide personal care and support to students as needed
Requirements:
* Clear and up-to-date DBS
* Genuine passion for supporting SEN students
* Experience working with students affected by ASD, SLD, and PMLD
