Dedicated Student Supporter

RIBBONS AND REEVES are searching for a talented Dedicated Student Supporter to join our team in Barnet. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping them to reach their full potential.
About the Position- You will work with students who require additional support, providing tailored assistance and guidance to help them succeed academically and socially.
- Collaborate with the SENCO, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective learning plans.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a SEN support role, a strong academic background, and knowledge of SEN best practices. A First Class degree from a Top University is mandatory for this position. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
