Job Summary: We are seeking a Dedicated Education Assistant for Students with Needs to join our team at Protocol Education. This role involves providing academic support and encouragement to students with SEND.

Key Tasks:

  • Support students with SEND in achieving their academic potential.
  • Develop strategies to promote social and emotional well-being in students.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective support for students with SEND.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young adults with SEND.
  • A current DBS check and relevant qualifications.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience). The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
