We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bain and Gray, reporting directly to the Global Managing Director. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and passionate team, driving success in management consultancy.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with a strong ability to manage diaries and schedules, book travel arrangements, handle confidential information, liaise with stakeholders, arrange events, and provide support to other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Global Managing Director's diaries and schedules
  • Book travel arrangements and make necessary reservations
  • Handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Arrange company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the team as needed

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar industry, preferably in management consultancy or financial services. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
