We are expanding our consulting team and seeking experienced Analytics Consultants to join our Analytics practice. This opportunity combines technical acumen with a genuine enthusiasm for improving organisations.

Main Areas of Responsibility:
  • Advising clients on data-driven practices and delivering analytics capabilities on time and to budget.
  • Capturing client requirements and modelling data to develop effective intelligence solution architectures.
  • Developing bespoke Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics solutions.
  • Implementing solutions using best practices for data management and transformation.
  • Designing and developing reports and dashboards to present information clearly and informatively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek ambitious professionals who combine technical expertise with a passion for organisational improvement. Essential qualifications include:
  • Strong client-facing experience, previously working for a management consultancy or system integrator.
  • Demonstrable experience designing or developing advanced business intelligence & analytics solutions using the full Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience designing & developing data discovery tools like MS Power BI, QlikView, Tableau.
  • Ability to model and transform data, build ETL solutions, and present data in a useful business context.
  • Experience developing data warehouses & data marts using the Kimball methodology.
  • Familiarity with Big Data and Data Science related technologies, such as R or Azure Machine Learning, to design predictive analytics models.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Numerate degree (mathematical or computer science related disciplines) with good problem-solving skills.
  • Active security clearance required for eligibility.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
