About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Structural Engineer to join our UK Healthcare Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our healthcare sector projects in London and South East England, with opportunities to work on projects throughout the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of structural engineers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and implement structural concepts and design philosophies
  • Liaise with clients and collaborators to represent Ramboll at project meetings
  • Support key accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage projects and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in the UK Healthcare sector, including experience with hospital building projects
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
  • MIStructE or MICE and a thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to run multiple projects of varying size and complexity
  • Understanding of project commercial and technical risks
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in plain language
