About Let Me Play

Let Me Play is an Ofsted registered childcare provider that delivers holiday camps to children aged 5-12. We are currently based in the South East of England & The Midlands and are in the process of an exciting expansion.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Holiday Club Play Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of activities that promote physical and mental well-being in children aged 5-12.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sessions that are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children.
  • Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care.
  • Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
  • Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is: Fun, Inclusive & Educational.
  • To understand the individual needs of the children in our care and challenge/engage them appropriately.
  • Deal with any first aid/emergency situation.
  • Approachable in liaising with parents/carers.
  • To be committed to ensuring every session is delivered to the best of your ability.
  • Be creative and passionate in your delivery.

Requirements

  • Has a keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children.
  • Demonstrates willingness to develop their skills and coaching ability.
  • Punctual, Reliable & Committed.
  • Has experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children.
  • Strong communication & organisational skills.
  • Able to interact well with children, teachers, and parents.

Estimated Salary Range:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
