About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Holiday Club Play Leader to join our team at Windsor Leisure Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of activities to children aged 5-12 during our Fun Weeks holiday camps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging activities to primary-aged children
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality coaching programme
  • Follow our coaching philosophy to ensure everything we deliver is fun, inclusive, and educational
  • Understand and cater to the individual needs of children in our care
  • Deal with any first aid or emergency situations
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with children and delivering fun games
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children
  • Punctuality, reliability, and commitment

Preferred Requirements:

  • Clean UK driver's license
  • Experience in working in a childcare setting
  • Experience in delivering other activities, such as Arts n Crafts or Multi-Sports
