SEN Mental Health Support Worker Role

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Mental Health Support Worker to support the mental health and well-being of students with special educational needs at our SEN school in Amesbury.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN, promoting their emotional and mental well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop individualized plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters confidence and resilience among students.
The successful candidate will possess previous experience working with children or young people with mental health needs or SEN and will be rewarded with a competitive salary based on experience and opportunities for professional growth.
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
