Community Health Care Worker

Key Duties:
This role requires the ability to work closely with respiratory physiotherapists to deliver a Pulmonary Rehabilitation service, providing clinical and administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities include supervising exercise training sessions, working in a small friendly team to provide a holistic patient-centred approach, and traveling to multiple locations in Wiltshire.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in healthcare or equivalent qualification.
- Higher education qualifications in health and fitness or other relevant courses.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with experience of working in a healthcare setting.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 - £28,000 per year, providing an attractive compensation package for individuals who are passionate about delivering quality health and care services.
