About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing reports, and maintaining relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and assessments
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • MRICS or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building surveying
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
