Acquisition and Compensation Expert

This Acquisition and Compensation Expert will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients and colleagues, achieving fee income set in performance reviews, dealing with landowner complaints, assisting in settling compensation claims, working closely with project teams, and maintaining accurate time records. They will need to build and maintain own knowledge and skills through company-run training and ensure that all correspondence is properly authorized before sending.
What We Offer:
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of around £45,000, 23 days holiday, and a company pension scheme. Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in land activities, suitable transferrable experience, and skills to facilitate delivery of land referencing, negotiating land rights, and dealing with compensation claims. A good working knowledge of IT, particularly Microsoft Office packages, is also essential.
