Job Title: Shift Leader Front of House

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader Front of House to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front of House team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Manage stock inventory and maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and report on Front of House operations and initiate corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to coordinate all aspects of the Front of House
  • Ensure tight stock control and budgeted margins are achieved
  • Perform any other duties as designated by Operations Manager due to business demands

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as Supervisor/Duty Manager within the Food Industry
  • Demonstrated experience in guest service management
  • Extensive guest care knowledge
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Financial management skills
