Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front of House team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the Front of House area
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and control stock inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Lead by example and promote a positive working environment
  • Monitor and control cash handling and maintain accurate records
  • Perform other duties as required by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Shift Leader or similar role in the food industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
