As a Junior Property Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing top-notch customer service
  • Collaborating with agents and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth

You will have the opportunity to earn monthly commissions and participate in our comprehensive training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel as an estate agent.

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must also be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving license is also required.
