At Westcountry Estate Planning, we are seeking an experienced Property Law Specialist to join our team as a Conveyancing Expert. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, ensuring smooth transactions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish, including preparing and reviewing legal documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle financial transactions related to property sales and purchases, ensuring accuracy in all dealings.
  • Stay updated on changes in property law and conveyancing practices to ensure compliance.
  • Deal with Probate/Estate Administration and all necessary legal documents.
  • Prepare Trusts and all necessary legal documents.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in conveyancing or a related legal field is essential.
  • Proficiency in IT systems relevant to conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Experience in dealing with Probate/Estate Administration is desirable.
