As a skilled Paralegal, you will be working within the Social Housing property department of a top regional law firm in Exeter. Your role will include a broad range of matters such as individual acquisitions and sales, plot sales, shared ownership transactions (including staircasings), assignments, lease extensions, dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions, and general property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support lawyers with property matters
  2. Assist the team in delivering a professional and proactive service to clients
  3. Provide general admin support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Experience of sales, acquisitions, leases, and general property transactions
  2. An interest in property, possibly including studies or qualifications to support this interest
  3. A 'can do' approach and a positive attitude
  4. Confident and outgoing manner with strong communication skills

  1. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
  2. Monday to Friday = 08:45 - 17:00
