Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective customer service via email, telephone, and other communication channels
- Process orders and sample requests efficiently and accurately
- Liaise with the commercial department to resolve out-of-stock items and special requests
- Communicate delays and issues to customers and keep them informed
- Collaborate with the accounts department and sales managers to resolve discrepancies and credit issues
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Investigate credits and returns, and take necessary actions
- Report quality failures and follow up with warehouse and external carriers
- Stay up-to-date with country profiles and export documentation
- Dispatch sampling materials as instructed by sales managers
- Provide sales information to sales managers as requested
- Develop a good understanding of export markets and work closely with the team to achieve this
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in exporting products to overseas markets, including shipping and export documentation
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office
- Minimum 1 year of experience in export customer service
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Organized and proactive with a team player attitude
