Senior Site Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Site Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of operatives and sub-contractors to deliver civil engineering projects safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the work of operatives and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Implement and maintain environmental systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to the preparation of project programs and schedules.
- Plan and order materials and plant to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
- Ensure all plant on site is suitable for the task and conforms to current legislation.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
- Industry-applicable qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Demonstrable civil engineering experience within heavy civils.
- Experience of working on large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Previous experience in management or supervisory roles.
- Competent understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Full driver's license.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
