Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Junior Project Administrator to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for Staging and Seating projects, with a focus on pre-planning, scheduling, and documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and issuance of project workbooks, including delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to book necessary transport, HIABs, plant, and cranes.
- Distribute health and safety documentation, adhering to the organisation's policies and procedures.
- Report equipment defects or risks in the working environment.
- Utilise IT systems, including spreadsheets and basic software applications.
Requirements:
