Job Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Clinical Administrator to join our Endoscopy Unit.

The primary goal of our unit is to provide a high-quality endoscopy facility for all patients. We strive to ensure sufficient capacity and facilities to offer timely and appropriate care.

To achieve this, we require an individual with experience in working on reception, knowledge of customer service, and a good standard of education. The ideal candidate will possess organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

We are committed to providing a supportive learning environment. However, we appreciate that you will need to have acquired some skills and experience from your career to excel in this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients and relatives, ensuring their stay is as comfortable as possible. They will also deal with telephone enquiries, assist with admissions, and perform clerical duties using the patient information system.
