About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Business Administration Coordinator to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Ltd. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring that their office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage day-to-day office duties, including answering calls, handling confidential information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective task execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience working with databases, preferably Lille database.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong telephone etiquette.
Working Conditions:
