Training and Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and create sales leads from targeted perspective customers to support annual sales targets and KPIs
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide world-class outcomes
- Develop a pipeline of customer engagements and opportunities that complement core sales activities of MTC Training
- Attend networking opportunities, including conferences and industry events
- Support account management activities and manage a small portfolio of clients
Requirements
- Demonstrable understanding of the sales process and terminology
- Competent user of MS Office and CRM systems
- Financially literate and numerate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and confidence to give presentations to a wide variety of audiences
Salary and Benefits
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits package including fully flexible working, enhanced holiday leave, private health insurance, and more.
