About the Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands. They will focus on shaping product selections and bringing value to the category while aligning with business and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with merchandise partners to understand their goals and objectives, and identify opportunities to enhance their presence in the market.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct industry analysis reports to stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs. Use this information to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Project Management: Propose innovative ideas based on current market conditions and implement them through resource integration and merchant guidance.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis skills to analyze industry trends, project management, and summarize conclusions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Operational Experience: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand management or platform operations.
  • Strong Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze industry trends, project management, and summarize conclusions.
  • Market Exploration and Marketing Innovation Capabilities: Capacity to guide overall merchant marketing plans.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Self-motivation, ability to think strategically, and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Candidates Must be Eligible to Work in the UK: This is a requirement for the role.

Salary Range: We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
