Your Role
As a Care and Support Professional at Peel Gardens Residential and Nursing Home, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality, personalised care to our residents. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Organising leisure and social activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
  • Providing emotional support and empathy to our residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Maintaining effective communication channels with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Adapting to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits
