Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with residents, families, and colleagues to deliver high-quality, personalised care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Implementing individual care plans, tailored to each resident's unique requirements.
- Organising leisure and social activities, enhancing our residents' quality of life and promoting a sense of community.
- Providing a supportive and caring environment for our residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing needs and priorities.
