**Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker**

**Estimated Salary:** Up to £37,000 per annum, including sleep-in allowance.

**Requirements:**

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential childcare and working with young people.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a sound knowledge of current legislation, and a clear passion for supporting children and young people.
