Senior Support Worker Lead

**Overview:**
Serving as a vital part of our care team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to children and young people in our care.
**Salary:** Up to £37,000 per year, including a sleep-in allowance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with daily tasks, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, fostering a sense of trust and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes resident well-being.
**Requirements:**
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in residential childcare and working with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
