About the Role- Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care
- Support residents with personal care needs and encourage participation in activities that promote health and wellbeing
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Patient and kind nature, with ability to work well as part of a team
- Competitive salary of £13.65 per hour (£31,231 per annum)
