Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for providing individualised support, empowering individuals to take control of their lives. This may involve developing new skills, providing emotional support, or assisting with daily tasks. You will be working in a variety of settings, including individuals' homes or out in the community.
Essential Qualities- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
- You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a self-starter with a high level of motivation.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence, articulateness, and professionalism.
- Be keen to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems.
