Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Costain Group PLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement construction management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure effective project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in construction management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
