We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Kier Group. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including site managers, foremen, and supervisors, to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
