About the Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Resident Care Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Unit Nurse Manager (General), you will play a key role in planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing care that meets all of our residents' needs.

You will work closely with our care teams to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of our residents. This includes working with local regulators and social services to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of our residents
  • Work closely with care teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

  • A current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
  • Experience in care settings, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • An up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
