Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
- Support residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Contribute to person-centred care planning and participate in regular evaluations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
- NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes is required.
- Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
We offer a competitive annual salary of £22,500 - £24,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
