About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team based in Harrogate. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our UK and Ireland-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts
  • Liaise with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements and resolve queries
  • Responsible for general administration duties, including preparing reports and updating customers on delivery expectations

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration and customer service
  • Business fluency in English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially MS Excel
  • Understanding of the sales process and importance of customer satisfaction
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach to workload
  • Good organization skills and ability to work independently
  • Team player
