Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager

As a key member of the Burberry team, you will be responsible for the governance and maintenance of the Global HR Process Taxonomy. This includes promoting usage across HR Operations, ensuring all processes are kept up to date, and key controls are documented.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal consultant providing advice and coaching to others on the practical application of recognised continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Work with operational leads and other CI professionals across the business to promote a culture of CI creating mechanisms which pro-actively encourage others to identify and implement improvements.
- Define a consistent approach to Quality Assurance including the frequency of checks, how checks are undertaken, and how results are reported.
- Manage delivery of short and medium-term projects to agreed timelines and budget whilst ensuring adherence to Burberry's project governance and change management frameworks.
- Seek to identify opportunities to utilise enabling technology to simplify, de-risk, and automate processes.

- Pro-actively manage risks and issues.
