Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance Manager

The HR Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the organization. This individual will be responsible for the governance and maintenance of the Global HR Process Taxonomy, ensuring all processes are up-to-date and key controls are documented.
As an internal consultant, the successful candidate will provide advice and coaching to others on the practical application of recognized continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques. This includes experience with process mapping to lead on complex process re-engineering activities in collaboration with operations teams.
The ideal candidate will ensure CI initiatives and corresponding benefits realization are documented and aligned to the strategic objectives of the HR Operations function. They will work with operational leads and other CI professionals across the business to promote a culture of CI, creating mechanisms that proactively encourage others to identify and implement improvements.
Responsibilities
- HR Process Taxonomy (including governance, ongoing maintenance, and promoting utilization)
- Approach to process documentation, including process templates and where documentation is stored
- Quality assurance framework, including monthly reporting cadence and approach to undertaking checks
- Sharing data insight and analysis to inform potential future improvements
- Developing internal capabilities with practical use of continuous improvement methodology
- CI Roadmap, including planned, in-flight, and delivered initiatives (including associated benefits tracking)
The successful candidate will have the ability to flex their communication style and approach to engage with global stakeholders at all levels of the organization. They will use sound logic and data to support reasoning, challenge conventional and siloed thinking in the pursuit of excellence, and manage delivery using proven project management techniques.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate practical application of recognized continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques, and have the ability to identify opportunities to eliminate work, simplify processes, and automate tasks.
