Position Overview

In a dynamic and high-energy setting, our Logistics Order Fulfillment Associates play a crucial role in the selection and distribution of packaged temperature-sensitive goods to clients across the country. This position includes comprehensive training on the operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT) and Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOP) as part of our onboarding process, followed by detailed instruction on our order picking protocols.

At Culina Group, we are committed to fostering a healthy work-life balance for our team members. Our staff operates on a 4 On 4 Off Schedule, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The compensation for this position is £25,449 (£12.26 per hour) annually, with opportunities for additional hours available. Overtime is compensated at a rate of time and a half (x1.5) for each hour worked beyond the standard schedule.

Candidate Requirements

We seek individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to their work and possess keen attention to detail, aspiring to develop a career in the logistics sector. While prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting is beneficial, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided post-induction. The role is physically demanding and takes place in a bustling distribution environment, requiring team members to remain active throughout their shifts.
