Job Title: Client Services Liaison

Reports to: Senior Client Service Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

The Opportunity:

We are a bespoke electronic security company operating in the central London area, seeking a dynamic operations professional to support our business. The ideal candidate will possess an inquiring mind and a high level of common sense to thrive in our family-run organization.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the ticketing system on our CRM, ensuring all client tickets are acknowledged within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and engineers are coordinated to visit if necessary.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for all client inquiries.
  3. Ensure all calls are answered professionally and promptly.
  4. Manage service calls correctly on our CRM system.
  5. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  6. Update the CRM with dates for client maintenance visits (PPM's).
  7. Comply with and promote all working policies and procedures.
  8. Provide a high standard of customer service at all times.
  9. Liaise with clients and engineers regarding the booking of service and maintenance visits.
  10. Coordinate service engineers daily and make necessary arrangements for access to relevant sites.
  11. Run daily and weekly reports as requested by clients.
  12. Provide quotes to clients as and when required.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate updating of tickets/actions on the CRM for invoicing purposes.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Strong communication skills.
  2. Computer literacy.
  3. Good interpersonal skills to liaise with customers.
  4. Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with a wide range of people.
  5. Ability to work with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
