Job Title: Client Services Liaison

About the Role:

We are a leading provider of bespoke electronic security solutions, operating predominantly in central London. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support our business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ticketing system on our CRM, ensuring all client tickets are acknowledged within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and engineers are coordinated to visit if necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, providing professional and courteous responses.
  • Ensure all calls and emails are answered in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Update the CRM with dates for client maintenance visits (PPM's) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Comply with and promote all working policies and procedures.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service at all times, liaising with clients and engineers regarding service and maintenance visits.
  • Coordinate service engineers daily, making necessary arrangements for access to relevant sites.
  • Run daily and weekly reports as requested by clients, providing quotes and ensuring timely and accurate updating of tickets/actions on the CRM for invoicing purposes.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers.
  • Computer literacy and ability to work with minimum supervision or as part of a team.
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with a wide range of people.
